shipping, delivery & returns




Domestic orders placed before 16:00 will be sent out the same (working)day. PostNL should offer you the parcel the next delivery day. Please note that orders containing a single small item such as the DIY feltball garland, cards, a cardset or small muslin cloths are shipped as mailboxparcel which can take 1 or 2 days extra to arrive. 

Orders under 50 euro -> € 3,95

Orders over 50 euro are shipped for FREE (including furniture - except the vintage CozyKidz items, you will find delivery the delivery fee as an extra option with these items) 

Furniture will be delivered on a working day which we will plan together with you.

*PLEASE NOTE: Our transporter will deliver your furniture untill the first frontdoor on ground level. You will have to carry your items into your house yourself. We can plan a delivery on every working weekday. The driver will give you a call once he has arrived. It is very important that the delivery truck can drive in your neighborhood freely and that the access door to your home isn't blocked. If you are living in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Utrecht, Antwerpen or Brussels or another city with narrow streets and canals or is there an elevator right after the front door, please call or e-mail to see what the delivery options are. 

It's also possible to pick up your furniture at our warehouse in Hillegom. Please let us know if you wish to do so and when you'd like to so we can make sure your furniture and a fresh cup of coffee is ready.

Parcel orders above € 150 will have free shipping.

You are legally allowed 14 days to let us know you want to return an item. Please do so by sending us an e-mail telling us which items you will be returning. You can send your e-mail to After this you can fill in our return form called 'herroepingsformulier'. You can download it at the bottom of our website in the so called footer. Please enclose this printed form in the box with your returns. We will refund you as soon as possible once we have checked the item you returned. 

Extra CozyKidz returnlabel service: 
We can offer you a return label for domestic (Dutch) shipping that you can download and print for the reduced price of 4,95. Just stick it on the box that you've filled with the item(s) you wish to return and the return form and drop it off at a local service point. You will find a location finder in the e-mail where you can download the link. No worries, it shouldn't be too far. For Belgium and Germany we can offer a return label for 8,95 and if you live in a different European country just pop us an e-mail and we can let you know the costs. It will always be cheaper and faster than arranging return shipping yourself; promised. If you wish to use this CozyKidz return label service just let us know in the notification e-mail that you wish to return an item.  

You are not obliged to tell us why you want to return something, but we would like to know so we can assist you or other customers better, so if you would let us know why it would be greatly appreciated. The shipping costs will have to be paid by you. CozyKidz can not be held accountable for damage or missing items on the return shipment so we advise you to use a trusted company. 

Which products may be returned?
All products can be returned exept the items that we've excluded from returning in our terms and conditions. (furniture, rugs made to order, wallpaper and garlands made to order). Products must be returned in mint condition in the original packaging. It can't be used or damaged and should still be clean and unwashed. Products that are used, damaged, incomplete or with damaged original packaging will not be taken into our return process and will not be refunded or traded.  

Ofcourse if we make a mistake on your order (size or color for instance) then we take full responsibility and we will send the the correct item with no extra charge. We will also pay for the shipping costs to return the mistakenly sent item to you. If this is the case please contact us and we'll fix our error.
